Users should not transmit, receive, submit, or publish any defamatory, inaccurate, threatening, lewd, indecent, obscene, or illegal material through this account. The email administrator has the privilege of looking at your email content and purging emails at any time. By continuing the login procedures, you agree to this policy.

Watch the size limit of your inbox! If it fills, you will not receive important emails.

Your email address may be found on bannerweb under personal information. Your username information is the same as the first part of your email address. Students log on using a username in the format of first initial of first name and last name (a MAXIMUM of 8 characters) i.e. jbond for James Bond or mrobinso for Mark Robinson. For multiple students with the name of James Bond, your account may be jbond1 or jbond2.

Your password is in mmddyy format. i.e. 110188 for November 1, 1988.

If you have problems logging on to your student account, please use a personal email account and email onlinesupport@westgatech.edu. In the subject line type "Student Email" and in the body of the email include your full name, student id and birthdate.

THIS STUDENT ACCOUNT MAY BE PURGED OR CORRUPTED AT ANY TIME THEREFORE IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ANY EMAILS YOU NEED TO MAINTAIN MUST BE SAVED TO YOUR LOCAL HARD DRIVE. THIS EMAIL ACCOUNT IS FOR CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS. WGTC is not responsible for lost emails.
